Ripened cheese mold Penicillium candidum type of soft paste, made with products from organic farming. Pitched in humid chambers to give a touch of mushroom characteristic of this cheese. Delicate flavor and balanced, so that consumption in a period not exceeding 30 days, is at the moment when the cheese reaches its fullness, from the moment the cheese acquires other characteristics by which increases its intense flavor, characteristic of semi-cured goat cheese proteolytic rate. It comes vacuum packed in cardboard boxes each. Approximate weight of the workpiece is 450gr, in boxes of 18 units. Consumption: The cheese is packed under vacuum and therefore recommends to eat out of the bag and let it aerate 3 or 4 days in the refrigerator or pantry, if this is cool and dry, so get to enhance its aroma and taste. Minimum durability of delivery: 6 months
